This is a big day for your son or daughter. Congratulations and Mazel Tov. Each celebration should be unique to your teenagers taste and I will help you plan this big day. Planning time is recommended 1 year to 8 months in advance of your date.
MY SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Meet with you and your son or daughter to get to know each other
- Come up with a plan together how they picture their party
- research and scout out the best venue for your party
- develop a theme and décor for the event
- finding the DJ’S, caterers, photographer and videographer
- help draw up your guest list
- book block of rooms at local hotel for out-of-town guests
- Assist you in choosing invitations either paper or online invites
- Make arrangement for booking transportation for the kids from synagogue
- Ordering personalized Kippah’s (Yamakah’s) for the ceremony
- choose party favors for kids and order them
- decide on the menu sit down or buffet style (Kosher Meals needed)
- Making sure the Dj has the play list prior to event day
- Confirm with all vendors of times they will need to be at event
- Day of party the I will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly
