ENGAGEMENT PLANNING SERVICES
- Meet and greet time to get to know you and the family planning the party (If family planning the party is out-of-town I am able to Skype meeting as well)
- Go over logistics of the event if you want a small a family gathering or a large themed party, possible location recommendations
- Proposal and set budget analysis and pricing for my services and other vendors
food and menu layout of the venue - Manage invites and RSVP’s for party
- I will give you unique and memorable ideas to implement at the party
- Locate other vendors if needed such as bar tenders, florist, photographer and Dj or live music
- If there are out-of-town guest make recommendations for hotels
- At the event location I will make sure other necessary items are up and running such as microphones, video or photo presentation
- My job will be to pay close attention to the details of the event so you do not have to. You can relax have a drink and enjoy your evening with your family and friends
