FULL WEDDING PLANNING

Full wedding planning packages include but are not limited to:

Personal wedding profile and consultation
Assist in developing a wedding budget and expense checklist
Help in ordering marriage license
Honeymoon destination recommendations (I have been Travel Advisor since 2006)
Scouting out the perfect venue and contract negotiations
Recommendation and coordination of hand-picked wedding vendors
Travel and concierge services for out-of-town guests (block room reservations)
Help in choosing wedding invitations and mailing them
Month to month coordination with vendor contracts and payments
Help with wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. (Keeping track of dates and times for fittings)
Help in choosing floral designs and color themes for events
Organize the table seating charts and RSVP from invites
Coordinating services such as permits, licenses and fees needed by law for certain venues
Help in preparing menu for event
Updated timelines during the planning process
Preparation for wedding day timeline
Finalizing all details leading up to the big day
Up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination (*additional hours available extra fee)
Personalized schedules for all members of the wedding party and immediate family
Will be present during wedding day to assure all vendors are on schedule and the event runs smoothly
Direct ceremony processional
Post wedding coordination of wedding gift transportation from venue if requested

Direct the processional at the ceremony
Post wedding will coordinate the transportation of wedding gifts from the venue if requested

MONTH OF WEDDING SERVICES

(Also known as Day of Planner)

Hire date must be min of 30 days from wedding date
Site visits to the venue prior to the event date
Take over communications with all vendors involved
Rehearsal management and details (if needed)
Confirm transportation for a wedding party is in place
Supervision for the setting up of all aspects of the ceremony
Direct ceremony processional
Assist throughout the day all details are set in play
Coordination of ceremony and reception details, such as décor, floral, centerpiece, favors, menu, table numbers, setting guests
Coordination and liaison with all contracted vendors (Caterer, DJ, photographer, florist)
Set up and coordinate the wedding accessories (guest book) before guests’ arrival, and the grand exit for bride and groom
