Have you ever taken a vacation to an absolutely amazingly beautiful place and wondered what it would be like to live there? Own a second home or vacation home there? Or wanted to purchase an investment property there? We have! And that was our motivation to start a business that would do just that.

At Florida Real Estate Vacations our business concept is quite unique for Northeast Florida. We bring together our love, expertise, and knowledge in travel, tourism, and real estate to provide you with one incredible real estate and vacation experience.

Who We Are

Robert Burt is an experienced and licensed Florida Real Estate agent currently working with Berkshire Hathway HomeServices. Laura is a highly experienced travel advisor since 2006. Laura has certified expertise for travel to the Historic Coast of St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra. Laura started an event planning business in 2018. She combines her event planning skills and travel advising to help her clients.

We are two friends with a shared passion, who attended college here, fell in love with the area, and call St. Augustine home.

What We Will Do For You

We will do all the planning, reservations, and coordination. You sit back, have fun, enjoy your vacation, while also learning about and experiencing the area. You will also view available real estate options that have been pre-selected by you based on your defined criteria.

Sample Itinerary

Here is a sample itinerary of one of our packages:

Thursday – Arrive into Jacksonville/St. Augustine and stay at one of our partner hotels and commence your St. Augustine Vacation.

Friday – A full day of fun and learning as you tour downtown St. Augustine via the Old Town Trolly. Have lunch/dinner at one of our favorite St Augustine restaurants. Take a scenic cruise, Marineland Dolphin Adventure, St. Augustine Aquarium, or join in on a Ghost and Gravestone tour.

Saturday – Private showings of homes/townhomes/condos that match your pre-defined criteria. Learn about the different areas of St. Augustine as we drive between showings. Arrive back at your hotel in time for more vacation activities.

Monday– Depart St. Augustine. Travel day.
